Project Description
On 10 acres of bushland, this custom home uses recycled red bricks to blend into its surroundings. Energy efficiency was key, so we installed double-glazed windows, high insulation, and solar panels, achieving a 6+ star rating. The composite decking with a high BAL rating ensures durability.
Inside, the home has 2.7m ceilings and Blackbutt timber flooring. Features include a walk-in pantry, mudroom, ensuites, and a powder room. An external pizza oven enhances outdoor living. With limited services, we added a septic system and water tanks to ensure self-sufficiency.
